APT Recruiting is representing an established, growing ENT practice in the Tampa Bay area that is seeking an Audiologist (Au.D.) to join its experienced, collaborative team. This opportunity is open to both new graduates and experienced Audiologists seeking competitive compensation, clinical flexibility, and a healthy work-life balance. Full-time and part-time schedules are available.
You will provide comprehensive audiologic evaluations and diagnostic testing, along with hearing-aid evaluations, consultations, fittings, and follow-up care based on your clinical interests. You will work closely with ENT physicians, advanced practice providers, and other clinicians to coordinate individualized, high-quality hearing healthcare. Audiologists who prefer to focus primarily on diagnostics are encouraged to apply.
Base salary is $80,000–$95,000 annually, based on experience, plus monthly hearing-aid dispensing commission potential of approximately $1,500–$5,000 or more. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, a 401(k) employer contribution of approximately 9.6% after one year, three weeks of paid vacation plus federal holidays, three additional CME days and an educational stipend. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with no weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibilities.
The role is based in the Tampa Bay area, with clinic assignments guided by the candidate's location and preferences. Some travel between nearby clinic locations may be needed, but there is no travel between offices during the workday. Candidates need a Doctor of Audiology degree or equivalent qualifying degree, Florida audiology licensure or eligibility, strong diagnostic skills, and a patient-centered, collaborative approach.
