APT Recruiting is representing a rapidly growing, specialty outpatient pelvic health organization that is seeking Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists for its clinical teams. This is an opportunity to build a meaningful career in pelvic health alongside experienced specialists, with individualized care, supportive leadership, and room to develop advanced clinical expertise. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
These outpatient clinics provide pelvic health rehabilitation for patients across the lifespan, including women, men, pediatric patients, and gender-diverse individuals. Common treatment areas include pregnancy and postpartum rehabilitation, pelvic pain and pelvic floor dysfunction, urinary and bowel incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, sexual health concerns, and pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation. You will deliver evidence-informed care in private treatment rooms using individualized treatment plans that may include manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, dry needling where permitted, pessary fitting, and other pelvic health techniques.
Patient care is exclusively one-on-one, with 40-minute evaluations and treatment sessions. Clinics operate Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.; flexible schedules, four-day workweeks, and alternative arrangements may be available. Salaried clinicians receive consistent compensation regardless of cancellations or no-shows, and documentation is completed during scheduled work hours using a company-provided laptop and an EMR with AI-assisted documentation tools.
Compensation ranges from $80,000–$120,000 annually, based on experience and role: staff PT/OT positions range from $80,000–$105,000, clinic directors from $90,000–$110,000, and regional directors from $105,000–$120,000. Benefits for eligible full-time clinicians include employer-sponsored health benefits, a 401(k) safe-harbor match of up to 4%, 120 hours of annual PTO, eight paid holidays, paid sick time, employer-paid disability coverage, a $50 monthly wellness benefit, and $1,000 annually for continuing education plus paid courses and certification support.
Candidates need a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy program, current state licensure or eligibility in the applicable state, and completion of a Level 1 pelvic floor training course such as Herman & Wallace Pelvic Floor Level 1 or an equivalent course. Pelvic health experience, advanced training, PRPC or WCS certification, manual-therapy skills, pessary fitting, and dry needling experience are valued but not required. PTAs and COTAs are also encouraged to inquire; training may be available for the right candidate.
