$85,000 to $95,000 per year
APT Recruiting is representing a growing concierge-style healthcare practice in Northbrook, Illinois that is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist. This is a distinctive outpatient opportunity for a PT who enjoys orthopedic rehabilitation, fitness, sports performance, preventive medicine, and helping patients build lifelong health. The practice provides personalized, white-glove service in a collaborative, interdisciplinary setting and is launching a new Northbrook location.
Your work will be split between executive health and performance assessments and one-on-one outpatient physical therapy. As the movement and exercise specialist on an interdisciplinary team, you will assess strength, mobility, cardiovascular fitness, body composition, and exercise needs to support wellness and injury prevention. You will also provide individualized orthopedic rehabilitation, manual therapy, exercise prescription, and return-to-activity programming for motivated, health-conscious patients. The clinic includes private treatment rooms and a fully equipped fitness space.
Compensation is $85,000–$95,000 annually, negotiable based on experience, with performance-bonus potential. Benefits include 20 days of PTO plus paid holidays; medical, dental, vision, life, short- and long-term disability insurance; a 401(k) with up to a 3% employer match; $500 annually toward continuing education and specialty certifications; and paid license renewals. Sessions are dedicated 60-minute visits in a low-volume, cash-pay setting.
This is a full-time, approximately 40-hour-per-week Monday–Friday position. Onboarding and training are expected to begin at a Chicago-area location in January 2027, followed by a transition to the new Northbrook clinic beginning in March 2027. Candidates need a master's or doctoral degree in Physical Therapy; strong orthopedic assessment, manual therapy, and exercise-prescription skills; experience with musculoskeletal and postoperative conditions; and confidence working independently. Sports medicine, return-to-sport, running rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, OCS, CSCS, COMT, dry needling, or blood-flow-restriction training are valued but not required.
