APT Recruiting is representing an established outpatient physical therapy clinic in Pasadena, California that is seeking a full-time Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT). This is a strong fit for a Physical Therapist who values mentorship, professional development, and quality patient care in a collaborative setting. New graduates are encouraged to apply, as are experienced PTs seeking continued clinical growth.
You will treat a diverse outpatient caseload of orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, and pre- and post-operative rehabilitation patients. The clinic serves recreational athletes, student athletes, and other orthopedic patients, giving you the opportunity to deliver thoughtful, individualized care across a broad range of needs.
This full-time, 40-hour-per-week role offers flexible scheduling. The clinic is open Monday through Saturday, with options designed to accommodate your scheduling preferences. Each Physical Therapist is assigned a full-time aide to support patient care, and you will work alongside experienced DPTs in a collaborative, learning-focused environment with an established residency program.
Compensation is approximately $93,600–$114,400 annually, based on experience. Benefits include hourly pay that is not tied to productivity or visit volume, medical, dental, and vision insurance options, a 401(k) with up to a 5% employer match, two weeks of PTO plus one week of sick leave, approximately six paid holidays, license-renewal support, and $1,000 annually toward continuing education and specialty certifications. The clinic uses WebPT with Comprehend AI-assisted documentation to help streamline notes.
Candidates need a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and an active California PT license, or eligibility for California licensure. Strong communication and patient-care skills, a passion for orthopedic rehabilitation and teamwork, and a commitment to continued learning are essential.
