Pulmonary & Critical Care Physician (MD/DO)

APT Recruiting is representing an established and expanding regional healthcare system in Dothan, Alabama that is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pulmonary & Critical Care Physician (MD/DO). This full-time opportunity combines high-acuity inpatient critical care medicine with outpatient pulmonary services, supported by advanced hospital resources, a strong referral network, and a collaborative medical team.

You will provide comprehensive pulmonary and critical care services, including ICU management and consultations, diagnosis and treatment of complex pulmonary conditions, outpatient evaluations and follow-up care, bronchoscopy and other pulmonary and critical care procedures, and individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for acute and chronic respiratory conditions. The role also offers opportunities to contribute to quality-improvement and patient-safety initiatives and to support resident and medical-student mentorship.

The position offers annual compensation of $350,000–$700,000, depending on experience, training, and compensation structure, with additional RVU-based productivity incentives.
